Dear all,
We're wondering if there is an option in GS so that the project manager can see at one glance the projects assigned to each user (instead of having to open each project separately)?
Basically, we need to distinguish translations done externally vs. in-house...

Because assignments are managed at the file level you need to open the project to see the assignments. However for your purposes internal vs external you could create a
custom field that works at the project level and assign internal or external to the field and see at a glance what each project is.

Hi Aurélie - probably your best bet here is to use different organizations for internal vs external projects. Then you can easily filter from the Projects tab.
Hello Adrian - Thanks. Unfortunately the suborganisations are already booked for another purpose. A custom field like proposed by Myeager in the project view would be great.
