Unhandled exception occurred when connect to Passolo2016 via a license server

Question

I would like to activate Passolo 2016 via license server. 
 After entering the correct license server name and click Connect, following window will pop out； 
 
 There is no license conflict and I used to be able to activate Passolo 2016 successfully. 
 How can I fix this issue?

This is something where the SDL support can help, even if you don't have a valid support and maintenance contract. Just log a licensing case on gateway.sdl.com/webtocase
