Hi Mark, 

I was about to start but so myself in front of files with different markdown flavors. That killed my motivation.

What I did: I used the crowdin.com Markdown support. exported a xliff file, translated that file with Passolo and imported the translated file back to Crowdin and created the translated markdown file.
