I'm trying to generate some target files in a multi file format Passolo project, but when I get to the html target files I get error:
In the folder I get a partial file that does not look familiar at all:
When I open this file in a text editor the content seem to be the actual html file
The solution for the same error in Trados 2015 (https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000002278) does not seem to work for Passolo.
Any ideas on what could be wrong?
Thanks is advance for any help you can provide.
I have a similar problem with other formats. This error always occurred when older target files were already in the target directory and should be overwritten.Solution: delete all old target files before creating new target files. The directory is then empty and can be refilled.Maybe this helps?
I forgot to mention that I tried that, deleting everything in the target directory. Even the ~write~ file in the screenshot, I also delete that one before trying again.
The problem can have several causes, but without the appropriate data like version, parser and the files I can't make any guesses here. Please log a support case at https://gateway.sdl.com/ so that our support engineers can help you.
