Is this problem still there? The SQLite.Interop.dll is part of the Passolo installation and part of the Trados Studio installation. Which version of SDL Trados Studio are you using? I assume that the problem is related to an installation issue and when it is not solved I would recommend to log an installation support case: https://gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing

We use the following product versions:
SDL Passolo:

This has been remedied with the help of Passolo Support:

The root cause was/is an unknown issue making SDL Trados Studio look for the *.dll in the wrong directory.

In my particular case, the problem could be solved by copying the *.dll
from
C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15
to
C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Passolo\SDL Passolo 2018.

For the record: This operation probably needs to be performed after each product update.
