With active SMA contract you can easily raise support tickets from your SDL account. To do so, please login to your SDL account, go to SUPPORT & EDUCATION section, select the SUPPORT tab and click on the GET SUPPORT button:
Please be aware that the print screens are not from your SDL Account but the steps are the same
A new page will load, please click on the LOG A CASE button:
Please fill out necessary details and once completed, please click on the SUBMIT CASE button at the bottom of that page:
