We are about to kick off the upgrade from TD13 to TD 14, and wondering if there is a way to bulk export comments from Collaborative Review for in-progress publications. As part of our process flow, once the publication is complete we delete the comments and publication out of Collaborative Review.

As far as I can remember there is no UI feature to do a full repository export for all or a selection of publications from Collaborative Review (Reach). The system was API based, so there must be at least a private API behind the scenes to get things done. I assume your request is not the first, so perhaps your colleagues here or in turn Professional Services could get you going.

Professional Services has created custom scripts for customers to retrieve comments from Collaborative Review. There is an API. That said, we've had to customize the script per customer depending on their Collaborative Review implementation. If interested in additional information, please send me an email.
