Read This First (Success? Use Case?)

My org's use of Read This First documents is a bit out of control, so we are taking a step back. In the past, we've tried brightly colored paper, stickers on hardware, and even QR codes. Customers seem to ignore them. What has worked for you? Do you have a use case you could share? Thanks!

Apologies. I thought the community area was for general questions. My question is not product related, though my org does use SDL Knowledge Center (full suite). Is there a way to tap into the SDL community with a non-product question? Thank you.

No worries, this is a place to ask general questions, but mostly SDL Community related.

In our community we do not have read this first documents, we do have guidelines and FAQ's here.
