Symptoms:
You have removed the default Project Manager user type from your environment and you want to upgrade to WorldServer 11.1.0. However, the script that you use to upgrade your database from 10.4.4 to 11.0 or from 10.4.5 to 11.0.1 does not work.Resolution:
You can fix this issue by using the new upgrade scripts, available on FTP.
If you cannot use them, contact the SDL Support Team:
- Log on to your "My SDL" Account.
- Log a support request via Support & Education Support.
Notes:
- All the systems that want to upgrade to WorldServer 11.1.0 and that are experiencing this issue should have this hotfix applied.
- The fix for this issue is also available in WorldServer 11.1.1.
