Hardcoded paths in the project settings cause problems for Groupshare Projects

Several Batch Tasks like "Export to Bilingual Review", "Update from Bilingual Review" and "Export files" use hardcoded paths in the project settings.
This causes problems with Groupshare projects, as these paths generally do not exist on all PCs.

SDL should account for this and come up with a solution that works for Groupshare projects also.

The hardcoded paths also affect people using Project Packages, so this is not just for Groupshare.

I definitely vote for project relative paths.

Get inspired by Passolo paths definitions! The ability to use miscellaneous variables to define desired paths is excellent!

Ideas for solutions would be:

1. Ensure path exists and prompt user if it doesn't.

2. Use relative paths to the project.

3. Use system special folders as the default.
