If you go here and scroll down a bit you should see on the right hand side a link to the Multiterm SDK documentation. This is also used for connecting to Multiterm server.
Hi Romulus,
thanks for your reply.
We already used the Sdl.MultiTerm.Client.Api library successfully in a standalone application. However, when we try to load the same library in our integrated plug-in within SDL Trados Studio, we receive the following error message (translated from German, see attached screenshot):
“Third-party plug-ins”
“The plug-in defined in ‘nxt-convert-plugin.plugin.xml’ cannot be loaded. The plug-in contains references to assemblies which have not been released for use by third-party plug-ins.”
“Name of the SDL assembly: Sdl.MultiTerm.Client.Api, Version: 12.0.0.0, Validation error: The SDL assembly reference was not yet published.”
So it’s not a matter of not knowing how to use the assembly, but rather that SDL Trados Studio prohibits loading it from within a plug-in. Are the MultiTerm assemblies going to be released/published for use in SDL Trados Studio plug-ins?
thanks,
