I believe I reported this a while ago, but I had to update some user roles today and experienced it again...
You will notice the green arrow *overlaps* with the scroll bar. Scrolling down is not possible by clicking on the scroll bar and instead the green arrow gets clicked...
This is just one example, but the UX experience in Groupshare (Silverlight) is very frustrating...

The arrows issue was fixed in CU04 for GroupShare back in June: 
As for Silverlight in general, we ripped it out for GroupShare 2017 and it will be replaced with a fancy new HTML+JS website
