Hello,
I have purchased "RWS Certification - Trados Studio 2022 Level 3" and "eLearning for Trados Studio 2022 Level 2 – QA Checker and Term Verification" but I cannot find a way to access them.
There are no activated items under Support & Education < Education.

I have checked and I can see that you have logged in to the RWS University, where you have been enrolled to the QA Checker and Term Verification eLearning and it's available for you to start. I have also checked the OOS website and can see that the Studio Level 3 certification is available to you. Can you please confirm to have access to all your learning materials now?
