Suggestion: Allow users to download TM's from LC directly. Allow users to view details about TM sequences in LC directly; no editing.
Why: Customers make work with a multi-vendor model, or may do certain work in house and they want TM's weekly or at the end of any given project. The time for the SDL PJM to download from TMS, upload to FTP could be saved if uers were able to download the TM's directly from LC. Same for TM sequence information; we would save time if users could view the information about a given TM Sequence in LC.
