Can existing TMS jobs be automatically moved to completion when the files are downloaded?: Status History

    Hi Namrata,

    Thanks for raising this idea to help improve SDL TMS. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not considering this request as it would potentially lead to problems with the workflow. Moving the job to complete automatically would prevent users from:

    • Downloading the job again if the original download was lost of corrupted
    • Sending the job back to the reviewer / translator if problems are found

    There are customizations available for SDL TMS that will automatically move the job to the completed state after a user-defined period of time. Perhaps this is a better solution for you.
