  • Not a good idea. This is the first time I've heard someone criticise any instructions on the use of SDL Trados Studio as needing to be slimmer! Usually the criticism is quite the opposite, saying that there is not enough information available in the online help or other manuals that are published by individuals (not by SDL - as Paul Filkin rightly says, their help is online only which means that it is constantly updatable).

  • Why are you writing this in here?  SDL didn't write it.  But actually I like the manual because it's full of stuff that is outside of Studio itself so you have lots of handy references to blogs and articles written by others.  If the manual you are referring to is the one called the SDL Trados Studio Manual of course?  SDL don't have a manual at all, only an online help.
