Add an option to export the search results

Proposed changes for Web Client > Search Tab:

It would help under certain circumstances if we could export the results of a search to a CSV file.

We created our own custom search export, and added it to the UI in pub manager and Web Client.

One difficulty is that search results are always paged. This is because a search can result in thousands of hits. Would you expect to export all hits? Is this even relevant, or is it safe to assume that we can limit the export to x hits.
