The new SDL Machine Translation Cloud, installed for Trados 2021, does not "recognize" language pairs of Spanish (International Sort) to English (US or UK). Just what does it recognize then, and how can I get it to work for these languages. I never had any problems with the previous translator, and this is just devastating. Any help will be appreciated, please.

Are you still having this issue? Had you used SDL Machine Translation Cloud plugin in Trados before? Are you using your email/password to access SDL MT Cloud in Trados when setting up the Language Pairs or an API key? We'd have to make sure that your account has access to the Spanish to English language pair and that you have the latest version of the SDL MT Cloud plugin from the Appstore.
