your question is from 18 months ago, but I just started using Language Cloud in connection with a Termbase. While the overall quality of the machine translation is below that of DeepL at this point (as I said, I just started and there might be many ways to fine une the process that I have not found yet), the ability to connect it with a termbase is great - all specific vocabulary is inserted correctly right away. I don't see why this should not work just as well with medical terminology.
