The "Project Type" field is affected by the customer portal and if the customer requests a quotation.

The "Quotation Required" field is only visible on the Project Manager view.

Should the customer request a quotation and the project manager take no action, the "Quotation required" field ill read as, "No". This causes confusion as there is a lack of clarity around which field is filled in by whom and if a quotation is in fact needed or not.

We recommend the PM view "Quotation required" be removed if the customer is able to select if they would like a quotation.
