Workflows created or updated with the new Workflow Editor (introduced in WorldServer 11.4) do not adhere to the project or project group scope.

You can fix this issue by deploying the update to WorldServer 11.4.0 or the one to WorldServer 11.4.1. Both of them are available on the WorldServer FTP.

If you cannot deploy the update corresponding to your WorldServer version, connect to the Customer Support Web Portal and log a case. You need an account to log a case. If you do not have an account, contact your company's SDL Support Account Administrator.

For the changes to take effect, after deploying the update, you must open and save all the workflows created or updated with the new Workflow Editor.
