Cannot create translation kit on WorldServer 11.3.2

Question

Performed a new install of WS and FTS on Windows Server 2016. We are running into issues creating a translation kit for tasks, specifically trying to "Edit/Translate" a project using the "in SDL Trados Studio" option. This occurs to AIS mounts that are mounted to folders that are local to the server and to network folders shared via Samba. 
 Error window below; 
 Create Translation Kit for Tasks 
 Exporting asset (1 of 1) "/localFileEnglish/cxr1517355816817.dita" for Task #1212302. Locking target asset. Item was skipped. asset "/localFileEnglish/cxr1517355816817.dita" for Task #1 Export error/warning summary. asset "/localFileEnglish/cxr1517355816817.dita" for Task #1 Item was skipped. asset "/localFileEnglish/cxr1517355816817.dita" for Task #1 No items were exported. 
 
 I've confirmed that the folder permissions for both local and network are world writable. Haven't been able to find any preexisting KB or Community articles on this type of error, so hoping someone else has run into this before and can help shed some light.

Thanks for the comments Bernhard & Frank. SDL Support was able to determine the issue we've been running into which was the database schema was still on 11.3.0 while application was on 11.3.2. 
 
After rerunning the database upgrade scripts, 11.3.0 to 11.3.1 and then 11.3.1 to 11.3.2, we restarted the Idiom and FTS services and the segmentation error is no longer occurring.

We´ve had the same issue the last time we migrated from WS 10.4 to 11.2. 
 
In our case, we were not able to export translation kits because the path of the WorldServer temp folder specified in the Windows registry did not match the path specified in the general.properties file. 
 
It took us quite some time to figure this out. 
 
If you´re running FTS and application server on different machines, then this might be the solution.
