I am trying to create a filter criteria that excludes all projects containing a particular word. Do you know how to do this? I was trying to use REGEX but did not succeed.

I don't know that it's possible at all to to a negative search (finding everything that does not match your search term). This is functionality that i think would need to be added to the project. Your best bet to at least list the ones your looking for is to run a search that will contain all of the ones you want (plus more since you can't filter), take that page and copy just the values into Excel and then do your filtering there.
Thanks, Eric. Unfortunately, we are constantly receiving and completing projects so a list in Excel would not be a viable solution. It's odd that they didn't implement a feature like that one.
This might be overkill for your purposes, but as a workaround you could use the 'Test Asset Name' action to determine if the project name contains the bad word (the action does indeed check the full asset path including the project name, not just the asset name). With that information you could route it through 'Set Project Attribute' and populate a custom attribute if it doesn't.
That way you can apply a positive filter for that attribute and get the result you want. Like I said, it sounds a bit like overkill, but if you have to sift through long project lists all the time it might just be worth the trouble of setting it up once.
