Hello, I’ve downloaded and installed the WorldServer Compatibility Pack for SDL Trados Studio, however the option to add a WorldServer TM still doesn’t appear. Any ideas what might causes this?

are you attempting to connect from a WorldServer project's settings? Note that you cannot add a connection to a WorldServer (server) TM to a non- WorldServer project.
Moreover, the WorldServer instance you need to connect to must be a live-tm system. These 2 articles are relevant:
