Notifications to vendors

Guys, hello! Hello Eugene ... 
 Sorry for this easy question but ... creating a new job BaccS automatically send a notification to my vendors ... how to disable this? 
 
 (Or change the template?change should be easy, I can find it but I do not find the option for the auto-notification).

Such behavior is not implemented. If this setting is checked, TBM will send notifications to all vendors. So, sounds like we need improvement here.
