If don't care if the source text is being manipulated, I just want to go into the source segment to correct a typo or make a word bold. Can that be done?
Can I set up my document/project to allow source editing?
In Editor there is a feature called Edit Source (Alt+F2). I click on it, the selected segment turns light blue, but I can't do anything to the source text.

ONLY if your window is too small to see all the ribbon entries... that's why it comes under the three dots But a good tip nonetheless.
Yes, thank you Paul! The other point to pay attention is that you have to be in Home menu.
Thanks! I got it in Trados Live (have no idea why it didn't work last time).
But I can't find the feature in Studio. I went to Home ribbon --> Segment Actions section, but couldn't find Edit Source. Alt+F2 didn't work either.
In Studio you'll find it here:
Also in the right-click menu here:
If this is greyed it's because the editing of source is disabled by default. To enable it you do this in the your Project Settings here:
Thank! That works.
Hopefully the feature will also appear in the same location as the cloud version.
