Weird language combination icons after installing GS CU8

Question

Hi everybody 
 After finally installing GS CU8 I am seeing very weird new flags for language combinations.

Did somebody already install CU8 and had the same experience?

This is a known issue, documented in Release Notes ( sdl.ssl.cdn.sdlmedia.com/636715544646801815YM.pdf) , see below. We are trying to see how we can avoid this from happening for CU09 but ran out of time for CU08. 
 
UI flags may not be displayed properly 
In some instances, the browser cache might require clearing in order to see the UI flags properly after 
the SDL Trados GroupShare 2017 SR1 CU8 upgrade. This issue will be fixed in a follow-up SDL Trados 
GroupShare SR1 CU.
