Could you please post the error stack as this can help identify the issue-

 

Also can you tell us if your client is working with GroupShare and what type of data base you are trying to connect to please (ie TM/Termbase etc.).

Hello Luisa de Tord ,

I believe this error is being caused by the Termbase themselves (maybe skipping certain steps in the original project creation..)
Please go in to the project settings and remove all the termbases and add them back in one at a time.
If this fails- please remove again the TB's and recreate the project and ensure you go throufgh each step and dont skip any.
