There are no termbases on the server that can be accessed with the current login

Hello everyone,

We have successfully used SDL Trados GroupShare 2020 server for half a year so far. But two days ago we faced the following message when trying to open GroupShare termbase: 'There are no termbases on the server that can be accessed with the current login'. Now all the users do not have access to term bases though we didn’t change any settings. We checked user roles and user profiles – everything is set correctly.

What can be the reason and how shall we restore access to term bases for all the users?

UPD: Thank you Alex. Your suggestion helped to solve the problem. The issue was caused by incorrect data base settings.
