Does SDL Passolo 2018 support Delphi 10.3?

We are trying to translate a Delphi v10.3 application in SDL Passolo 2018 (Team edition). When we try to open the forms the Passolo 2018 IDE is crashing. Also the generated target file is throwing exception as 'The file <"Sample.exe"> seems to be corrupt!'

My question is Does SDL Passolo 2018 support Delphi 10.3?
